Toronto Zoo celebrates Easter

Saturday, April 19 to Monday, April 21, 2014
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Spring has sprung at the Toronto Zoo, and it's the place to be this Easter Weekend!
This year we are celebrating Easter in the Conservation Connection Centre with crafts, colouring, egg-ducational activities and giant panda mascots who will be dressed in their Easter best.
What is Easter without eggs? Visit one of our many free Daily Keeper Talks to experience egg-citing enrichment, plus keep your eyes peeled for festive eggs in various animal exhibits all throughout the Zoo site.
These may be blue eggs, green eggs, spotted eggs, animal print eggs, frozen popsicle eggs and gelatin eggs oh my! Hop by of our Spring Awakening Volunteer Stations to discover the amazing array of unconventional eggs found in the animal kingdom.
NEW! We want you to get "Springy" with it! Find an Easter photo op inside one of the Zoo's pavilions, take your photo and post it on Instagram #torontozooeaster. Have fun and be creative!
Good Friday at the Toronto Zoo
Friday, April 18, 2014
9:30am to 5:00pm
Feeling tired of chasing a bunny for the same ol' eggs?  Join the Crocs Crew at the Toronto Zoo, and go on the search for all kinds of our spotted, scaly and feathery animals’ eggs!
This Good Friday, Crocs will be putting a family-friendly twist on the classic Easter Egg Hunt at the Toronto Zoo. Participants will be asked to spot turtle eggs, python eggs, Komodo dragon eggs, and crocodile eggs in order to receive a stamp in their Crocs’ Egg Hunt Passport. Children who get three stamps or more will receive a special prize from Duke. Additionally, families who find the hidden golden egg in their passport will win a $100 Crocs gift card.

While there, you can check out the cool Crocs styles on display, and scan the QR codes to learn more. It’s sure to be a hoppin' (er, Crocin?) good time.
